With more than 20 years of award-winning experience in event coordination, brand development and customer-focused marketing, they help clients turn their vision into a signature experience.

With eyes on the overall vision and a fearless attention to detail, Nicole ensures each event is a masterpiece and keeps Gather at the forefront of experiential design. Her shameless enjoyment of bad puns helps to keep even the most intense moments manageable, and it was her bullish force that brought it all toGather. She’s known to be a dance party instigator, whether it’s to celebrate another amazing event or as a strategy for getting her kids ready for school.
Megan Berliner
A native of Fairport who is passionate about The Basin (just ask her), Megan is the inspiration and one-half of the vision behind Gather. As Owner and Executive Producer she’s acutely organized, logistically focused and proud of her reputation for obsessive punctuality and contagious optimism. Megan’s favorite way to recharge is running along the canal and often enjoys a picnic with her husband and two young boys.
